001. Hello! My name is Cat. I’m 31 and I’m from Canada. I’ve been roleplaying on tumblr on and off for about 7 years, but overall role playing for about 10+ years. biography
Before he was a Silver Tree Knight, Mercurial Knight cookie was a resident of Burning Spice’s kingdom, back when the Beast was the Herald of Change. He was a tradesman—dealing with the trading of goods between kingdoms, and during this time he was known as Black Cardamom Cookie. Not a warrior, just a man who dealt with the business of trades goods between kingdoms.It was when Burning Spice had changed and their king had become corrupt that Black Cardamom felt like he had to do something. While a lot of Burning Spice’s followers and subjects continued to praise and follow their King, Black Cardamom believed that the carnage and destruction was out of place—Wrong. Defying the king he once praised, he fled; knowing that at this time he was unable to do anything. If he tried, he would be killed.Black Cardamom had gone throughout the Beast-Yeast to try and find aid—Alone. Hungry. Tired. He was found collapsed in a forest, and when he woke up he found himself in kingdom of silver; nursed back to health and taken care of by those who resided there, as well as the Elder Faerie who protected the Silver Tree. At this time, there were only few fae folk who had empathy for Black Cardamom, for they had suffered from a similar fate themselves. After learning what he could about this place, and no longer having a kingdom to go back to, Black Cardamom had decided that he would do what he couldn’t do for his old kingdom and the other kingdoms taken by Burning Spice: Protect it.After he made his oath to protect the Silver Tree’s guardian and protect the kingdom, he had been blessed by Silver, allowing his scent and flavor to be a distant memory and to become the Mercurial Knight Cookie, a devoted warrior and subject to the Elder Faerie, as well as his eternal protector.

With feelings returned, the two had wed, and despite his devotion and oath before, he now has more desire to protect his beloved. When Oberon gave his power to White Lily, Kabir makes more time to care for his husband rather then his duties to ensure that the Faerie King doesn't over exert himself.
